This excellent book is divided into two sections; the first eight chapters are concerned with the TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) and the remaining three chapters and appendix are devoted to the CAT (Children's Apperception Test). It is a highly specialised volume, meeting the need for a current and comprehensive review of these two tests. Because of this, it is unlikely to be of much practical use to many persons other than clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. The book has the great advantage of having been written by
